NCAPOA "Regular" members are current or retired law enforcement personnel. If you are not law enforcement, you may join as an "Associate" member. Applicants for "Associate Membership" must be sponsored or recommended by a current, law enforcement member.
If you wish to apply, please click on the link below to download the application. Please complete the application and mail along with a check to the NCAPOA. Annual dues are $40 for the fiscal year. If you join during the year, your dues are prorated for the first year. You will be contacted and advised of the status of your application.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download here. After filling out the form, you should be able to print it and mail to us with a check, or submit it via email!

You can print and US mail your application to NCAPOA or, you can now send your payments in via the Pay Pal secure website!
AFTER you email us your application, simply use the link below to choose the correct date range for TODAY, and click the "Pay Now" button below to pay your membership dues! You can pay via any credit card, or via your Pay Pal account if you have one. We know your time is precious and we are working to make it easier to be a current member of NCAPOA!
